Who We Are: Operating under the name Antoine Fenech Florist, we are a registered business entity based in Malta.

3. Formation of Contract

Acceptance Protocol: Your order is considered accepted once we email you to confirm, initiating our contractual relationship.

Rejection Clause: In the event that we cannot accept your order, we will promptly inform you. No charges will apply, and refunds will be processed accordingly. This may occur due to factors such as stock unavailability, unforeseen resource constraints, pricing or description errors, or failure to meet specified delivery deadlines.

Order ID: Upon acceptance, we’ll assign an order number for future reference.

4. Product Specifications

Image Variations: Product images on our platform are for illustrative purposes only. While we strive for accuracy in color representation, device displays may vary. Additionally, natural product variances may affect sizes, weights, capacities, dimensions, and measurements.

6. Our Modification Authority

Exceptions to Withdrawal: Withdrawal rights do not apply to personalized goods, perishable items like natural flowers, or unsealed hygiene products.

Indefinite Subscription Cancellation: You may terminate indefinite subscriptions at your discretion, with applicable charges for cancellations made less than 7 days before scheduled deliveries.

Refund Procedure: Refunds, including delivery costs, will be processed within 30 days using the original payment method.
