If the recipient’s not home, we’ll try reaching them first and then deliver to a neighbor if needed. And hey, we won’t spoil the surprise by calling them beforehand—unless it’s absolutely necessary due to address issues or other constraints.

While we aim for direct delivery, sometimes our delivery heroes face challenges in certain locations like offices, hospitals, or hotels. The bouquet will return to our premises for three days, waiting to be collected during our operating hours. After that, uncollected bouquets will be sadly disposed off.
